UTG Edge Inspection
This inspection system is designed to inspect the surface of ultra-thin flexible glass ribbons. It inspects the overall surface quality of glass ribbons to identify the presence of Blister, Stone, Pt, Silica, and ADG defects. Functions include one-click batch switching, adaptive compensation for left-right glass oscillation, linkage with downstream cutting machines, automatic defect measurement, and automatic classification.
